Internship Program

The purpose of the Internship Program is to offer students a professional learning experience in a challenging environment and to prepare them for the company's future.

Qualifications
Students who are in the last or second-to-last year of the following undergrad courses:

Business Administration
Accounting
Computer Science
Social Science
Economics
Engineering
Chemistry
Information Systems

Candidates must have an advanced level of English.
The Internship program is held only in Brazil, and only residing students studying at local universities may apply.

Steps of the Recruting Process
The recruitment and selection process consists of the following steps:

Screening of résumés
Online English test
Group dynamics
Interviews with HR
Interviews with Managers

Duration and Structure
The program lasts from one to two years. Its goal is to create a unique environment for the professional capacitation and development of interns, in order to attract and retain more talents. In this sense, the intern will get involved in different actions that contribute towards his/her development.
