Trainee Program

Oxiteno's Trainee Program has been in place for over twenty years. Its goal is to develop professionals that have a competitive edge, an innovative profile, and who are result-oriented.

Qualification
Candidates must be currently studying:

Business Administration
Economics
Engineering
Chemistry

Candidates must also have reached an advanced level of English and graduate at the same year they are admitted to the program.

The program is held in Brazil, but foreign professionals may apply, provided they have an advanced level of Portuguese and hold a Brazilian work permit.

Steps of the Recruting Process
The recruitment and selection process consists of the following steps:

Screening of résumés
Online English test
Group dynamics
Business panel/game
Interviews with HR
Interviews with company senior manegement

Duration and Structure
The program lasts one year. During this period, the trainee develops projects in different areas of the company. Each project lasts three months and all activities have to be aligned with the company's strategy. In order to receive better development opportunities, the Trainee participates of several training sessions throughout the year.
